Roots and Vision

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up in Olympia under the guidance of my grandparents—both strong and principled leaders who shaped my values from an early age. Their influence instilled in me a deep respect for hard work, humility, and integrity.

Today, I’m happily married to my best friend and the proud parent of four brilliant daughters—and one four-legged kindred spirit who keeps life grounded and joyful. I take a hands-on, people-first approach in everything I do, with a deep passion for the growth and success of the teams I work with.

I believe in leading by example and fostering a culture of collaboration, honesty, and respect. What I stand firmly against are arrogance, disrespect, selfishness, and gossip. I strive every day to build environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
